The BARAC Co. is a licensed real estate firm that specializes in management of income property both Commercial and Residential. The firm’s inventory includes properties in Suburban Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia and has
over 50 years of Property Management experience. The size of the buildings range from four family flats to multi-family complexes and commercial properties. As Licensed Real Estate Brokers we are involved with investment property sales and access to casualty insurance for our clients.

We are a member of the Apartment and Office Builder’s Association (AOBA) and the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors.
